Hello I am a 22 year old woman. Over the past few months I have noticed some marks on my shoulder. They are little circles and the skin is lighter than the rest of my skin. When I go on holiday this part of my skin does not tan. At first it was just one little circle and know it has spread all over my shoulder and I am starting to get it on my back. I thought it was through going on the sunbed. I went to the doctors and he told me I had a fungul infection. He has give me some cream and told me to put it on every day before I go to bed for 5 weeks. I cant see this cream helping me. I was thinking of going to a dermotologist or to see a skin specialist. (Do you recommend anybody I could go and see in the Manchester area)It is really getting me down and I am scared it is going to spread all over my body. Do you have any advice?
