Skin rubbing off the vaginal wall!;

I have been to the doc and she said I had an yeast infection. After 3 treatments I still have these symptoms: skin pilling off on the vaginal walls like skin pealing from a tan, white clumps or discharge, and white bumps, look like whiteheads on the vaginal walls. Any comments are highl appreciated.
