Skipped heart beats when exercising

Hi! I feel skipped heart beats when exercising. I am bodybuilder. I used some steroid, and I am afraid that I have some heart disorder. What should I do?

Hi! You should know that the heart's rhythm may be normal or abnormal. Normally the heart beats between 60-100 times per minute. In people who exercise routinely or take medications that slow the heart, the rate may drop below 55 beats per minute. Palpitations are often not serious. Heart palpitations can be caused by exercise. You should see a cardiologist, and don’t use any drug before you consult doctor. Anabolic and steroid is dangerous drug, they can damage your health. Be careful!
