Hello!
My father was diagnosed with sleep apnea and yes, he snores a lot and loud… we hear him on second floor…besides that he has some other symptoms, like obesity etc. He was recommended this very expencieve machine… Is there any other treatment available?

Mild sleep apnea is usually treated with some behavioral changes, like loosing weight, and sleeping on side. Otherwise only these machines are recommendable for treatment.
Maybe doctor didn’t told you, but some people have facial deformities, that might cause sleep apnea (like smaller jaw or enlarged tonsils…) fixing that might help open nasal passages, but that also costs money.
