Hello,
I have problems with my sleep. I am only 18 and my mother died 2 years ago. I cannot sleep at night and have constant night mares… woman in white is coming and she is impended me. It is not scary, just strange. I sleep however at daytime, even at school… teachers are giving strange eye. What should I do?

Hey,
Firstly, I am sorry for your mother.
I think that is not a big disorder and it is just temporary. Besides the stress you are going through has something to with the sleeping disorder. Above all, you are 18 and in very sensitive stage of life, which makes you even more touchy …
Most of your stuff comes from your mental state, so I suggest you go to a therapist and talk things over. I think that would make you feel better.

I have sleeping problems too and fortunately my partner is very aware of the signs and now helps me to wake up. The problem used to happen once every three or so months and now it then became monthly, weekly and finally nightly. I am at a loss as to why it is happening. It is making me scared to sleep, so I used to sleep a lot with the TV on but have stopped this as this I know this can keep a part of my brain active and may not be helping. It now happens many times a night and at anytime start end or middle of the night and while this is happening I have an internal dialogue with myself about what is happening and how to get my partners attention???
