With first symptoms of menopause, I started feeling the change that affects my both mental and physical state. I started to feel tired all the time, even when I get up in the morning, even more in the evening. This tiredness is making me unable to finish all my work obligations and house chores. I am becoming more and more nervous and Sleeping long hours is the only way for me now to get through the day. What is wrong with me?

Menopause often brings mental problems. Depression occurs very often, you are not the only one dealing with it. The symptoms you are suffering from, could really be an intro for a depression. Believe me you do not want that to happen. You could deal with that using medications, even therapy sessions could help you. Of course, things might be a lot easier if you have the full support of your family (which is a rare thing these days, I admit).
