Hi, I am 28 years old and I have problem with sleeping. It all started several months ago when I had car accident and I was injured. In that moment I have realized that I could die and till then I feel anxious and I sleep very badly. I wake up several times during the night feeling my heart beating so strong I don't know what to do.
Hi, you are suffering from anxiety which showed up after you had car accident. Sometimes people suffer from that for a very long period of time. You have to relax and stop thinking about what happened in the past. Try to find some sport which would relax you and consult your doctor to take some medication if needed.
