Slight pain in lower left part i.e. lap, abdomen & waist

Hi,

I was expecting my periods on 20th June but now it's 23th June and no signs of period. I have symptoms like irritation, occasional cramps, fatigue and slight back pain but I am worried about constant discomfort in left lower part of body i.e left lower abdomen, left lap and waist from last 2-3 days. Am I pregnant? More I am worried about slight pain in left abdomen . Though not severe pain but I can feel that part of body.

Help is needed.

If you're still worried it might be time for a test. You could just be late, but you might want to test anyway.

Did you ever figure out why you are feeling this way and a solution? I too have been having the same problem. Please advise. Thanks!

This morning I have had PAIN in the lower left side of my body, But it went away within 7 minutes or so!
