Okay, so this might sound odd, but I have a weird question.

I think I am over-reacting about a pregnancy scare. I think I'm beginning to rationalize things that aren't even there.

The girl in question isn't even worried about it, as in the past, she has had unprotected sex and nothing happened, but I'm still not willing to chance it and do that. There has been play and fooling around, but I'm not bold enough to have unprotected sex. Just not a good idea.

There has been some play on her part, however, and I think I'm starting to freak out about this a bit.

Forgive me for the explicit details, but I want everyone to understand what I mean.

Example One: In the car a couple of months ago (December 29, actually)...I was fingering her after she had been manually stimulating me as well. I was paranoid about the fact that if I had reached into my pants and slightly touched the pre-cum (there wasn't much of it) that had seeped into my underwear, that that could transfer into her vagina and cause a pregnancy. So I wiped my hands off on my jersey and did it.

Bear in mind, however, she has had TWO periods since then (one on January 23, and one on February 24/25..she had an ovary cramp at work the night of the 24th and was full on bleeding the next morning).

Example Two: 3 or 4 days before the first period in question (January 19...her period came on the 23rd), she had manually stimulated me, and I was slightly afraid she had used the same paper towel that my semen was on to wipe herself after wiping it off of her fingers. But she says she does not remember doing that, and actually gave the paper towel/kleenex back to me so I could wipe the semen from inside the waistband of my underwear, as there was a bit of it. Her hand got most of it though. Again....period 3/4 days later, and another one a month after.

I'm even afraid if she does something to me, and something is on my pants, we hug, it would rub through.

Or if she did something to me, used hand-sanitizer, sat for a while, drove home, and manually stimulated herself, that she'd get pregnant.

Or if I had touched a tiny spot of pre-cum in my underwear, sat for a minute, and even though my hands weren't soaked and were dry, and fingered her while she had UNDERWEAR on...well, rubbed, anyway, not necessarily fingered. I kept thinking that even though there was no concentration of it on my hand that sperm could find there way through, and the little amount that may be on my hand may be just enough...

She was manually stimulating herself a couple of nights ago and texted me saying that she had bled a bit. She hasn't actually had sex in quite a while and was using a trial-size hair spray bottle, I believe. This incident was on the night between March 10 and 11, between Sunday and Monday. So I'm freaking out thinking "Is that implantation bleeding?", and have been worried about it. She says I'm making HER paranoid, looking for things that are normal and trying to tie them to pregnancy symptoms. The bleeding after stimulation, she said, wasn't even enough to come out on its own, and wasn't the consistency of blood, that it was like a light red mucusy type liquid. Bear in mind, I'm the one freaking...she's for the most part, totally relaxed, until I start talking about it heavily, and I guess the idea drills into her head or something.

I've had her take numerous HPTs, Clearblue Digital AND First Response, as I have heard these are the best. She's seriously taken like...probably close to 15 - 20 of them since January 22 (the night before her first period after these incidents), and all have been negative. I'm thinking "What if she's someone who doesn't show on urine HPTs?", even though from what I know, that seems rare with it being like 2 months ago.

Can someone reassure me that I'm just being a paranoid idiot here? Some of these questions I have sound like they're from a middle school sex ed class, but I'm no expert. You'd think the two periods and the countless negative HPTs would satisfy me, but I freak out and think 'What if she's one of those people who has periods during pregnancy?', or 'What if she doesn't show any symptoms and we're surprised 9 months later?'

Before the first period on January 23rd, her boobs hurt AMAZINGLY bad, couldn't stand ANYTHING touching them. Period came, sore boobs went away, had AF. Before the second period, there was hardly any breast discomfort at all and only started hurting a VERY small bit...Period came, AF happened, soreness went away. I was even thinking "what if the soreness from the first one wasn't because of the period but because of pregnancy?"...even though she HAD a period after that intense soreness. And ANOTHER period the month after.

And another weird question (I know, I'm full of them. Razz

)....how is it possible for people to actually become pregnant directly before their period? In my understanding, ovulation is what is delayed, not the period. After ovulation, there is an average time of 14 (can be 12 - 16) days BEFORE the next period starts. So how is a pregnancy with late ovulation (few days before next period starts) even possible, as I was under the impression that it takes at least so many days to implant. And if someone ovulated late in their cycle, wouldn't there have to be at least 12 days before the menstrual flow actually started? I've been wondering about that.

If someone could shed some light on this...I would very much appreciate it. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks!

You are totally freaking your self out.
I will not counter each of your scenarios with an explanation, but only to tell you to use birth control.
You really need to calm down or this will make you nuts.
As far as the hair spray can incident, she probably bled due to intruducing the can into her vagina. Has she ever considered buying her self a dildo or a vibrator? You can buy them for her too. In fact, you can use them on each other for extra fun. I frown on a hair spray can.
Pre seminal fluid or pre cum does have active sperm. I wouldn't worry that pregnancy can happen by touching yourself, moving your hand through the air and through clothing, touching her and getting her pregnant. Highly doubtful. Hand washing with anti bacterial soap, then touching your self with the hand that had semen on it will not cause one to become pregnant. Come on now, i really think that you should look into sex education. I am not being rude, but i think that you need to learn a few important things before you have sexual encounters. And most importantly, please use a condom. Unwanted pregnancies and unwanted diseases run rampant in our society. Please be careful and read a few books.
