Slightly raised area above right testicle

The area above my right testicle where the genital area attaches to the leg is slightly raised. I had some discomfort there the other week it was like an aching pain. I took some antibiotics and the majority of the pain went away. Now I’m left with a slight ache when I need to urinate. However i thought the raised area would go down; nevertheless even though it has gone down it still is slightly raised. There are no lumps there and the testicles feel fine. Please someone help!!!
