Hi! I am 55 years old woman. Recently I noticed some changes, my skin isn’t same, and also I have some health problems. So, I decided to do something about that. Can we slow down the aging process?

Hi! First you must know that aging process is natural. Aging leads to multiple body organ and systemic failure, ranging from heart disease and Alzheimer's to an impaired immune system that can lead to various types of cancer and infections. Old age can be clinically determined simply by observing an aging person's inexorable loss of energy and shrinking body mass. Also you must accept that aging process is normal. Then there are some cosmetics procedures which can slow down aging process of skin. Some medications also can help. If you have health problems visit your doctor. Eat healthy food, walk enough, and don’t think about age, or accept aging process is best thing for you.
