I was just going to the bathroom, when i notcied that I had a small, 1" radius circle on my right testicle, it is glossy at sight, and itchy. However when i touch it, it hurts, what to do?

I know this may not be what you want to hear, but if I had to guess from your description, I would say this is an inconvenient case of Ring Worm. I've had ring worm before and I know that it can spread ALL OVER. My suggestion is to keep it clean and put disinfection creams on it at night.
