Well, for the past 3 days ive had a fever... but yesterday i noticed this one small red bump on my left thigh right next to my scrotum. It was a really painful bump, I numbed it with some orajel and the pain went away. Now, today, about 3 hours ago i realized a much harsher pain, but on my right thigh this time. I went and checked it out and it was like 7-10 small red bumps right next to my scrotum and leg. I don't know what this is, can this somehow maybe be because of my fever?
