About two days ago, I got a sore pimple like spot on the center of my back. I scratched it yesterday but it was really sore. It even hurt to lay on my back to sleep that night. I think the swelling went down some but it is still very sore around the area as well pink and slightly firm underneath the pimple spot. I wonder if this could be a minor staff infection, or worse, a serious one...
