Small bowl movements hard to go

A couple weeks ago I constanly had to go to the bathroom (poop) and I was getting tired of it so a couple times I didnt go right then and waited a couple hours. A couple days after that I was constipated. Sorry about spelling. Then I had to go a whole bunch and it's been really small but also really moist and not dry. It's hard to go but when it comes out there's hardly anything there.

I have been eating more too, so it doesnt make any sense that only 2 small stools about an inch and a quarter long is all that comes out. Is there anything wrong with me? If you need anymore info just ask. Thanks.
