Hi, I have had little (whitish)- skin colored bumps around the side of the head of my penis for around 2-3 yrs. I went to a doctor and he said they were normal and they were clogged pores. It looks like I have a disease.. lol. and lately I've been seeing this girl and don't really know what to say to her if we had sex, My question is does anyone knows what this is called and if there any treatments that could be used to remove these small bumps? also if I had my penis circumcised would this prevent this?

thanks if you can help me
