Small cut on scrotum from trimming

I was trimming my pubic hair about 10-15 minutes ago and I accidentally cut my scrotum with a small pair of scissors. It is a very small cut and its only about a 1 CM-2 CM in length. I put neosporin on it for a while until the bleeding stopped and it doesn't hurt. Its already closed up. But i've heard about scrotum infections and what happened is making me have somewhat of a panic attack. I am desperate to get some sort of feedback on whether you think I will be okay, if I should go to the hospital, or what I should do. Thank you.

I'm sure you will be fine. I have done this before to my labia. I would be sure to keep the area clean and avoid sex for a short period of time if I were you. The only risk associated is if you get bacteria in it from what you used or anything else. But seriously just think of it as a little nick anywhere else on your body. The chances of infections from bacteria are the same anywhere else but avoid sex during this time and change clothing if sweaty, etc. Be cautious and don't freak out. Good luck
