Small hard lump under skin on bikini line; not ingrown hair

I was applying some cream to my bikini line area to prevent ingrown hairs and I felt a bump. Thinking it was an ingrown hair already I looked at it only to see that I couldn't see it. It was under the skin, and hard, but very small.

I also found one on the other side of my bikini line. Not exactly in the smae place but the same area.

I do not think it is an ingrown hair seeing as how I have had them before, and know what they look and feel like.

Do you have any idea as to what it could be??

You are likely feeling a gland. In women they can swell before ovulation.
