Small internal bumps on bottom side of penis

I've had them for over a year now possibly and they do not hurt or anything, i'm just curious what they could be. I've searched over the net, at first I thought they could be genital warts, but when I saw pictures they were way out of proportion, they are very small and quite hard to see. Just curious thats all.

Also there is a dark black line goin up the bottom of my penis is the urethra im seeing?

The dark line you are seeing is probably a vein, I don’t think you can see urethra as it is passing at the middle of the penis and is surrounded by many stuff which you can’t see through.
As for the lumps, you haven’t given much description. What color are they? Do they look like small pimples? Can you see white stuff inside?

It could be sebaceous prominence. They usually appear on the foreskin, at least it is where I have them. Have you ran into them online? Have it checked and let me know if this is what they could be.

I don’t think it’s anything serious considering they’ve been present for over a year and haven’t changed or caused any trouble.
