Small lesion at tip of urethra/penis

Hello,

There is a small lesion on the tip of my urethra. It seems benign and is not painful whatsoever, however, over prolonged erections it sometimes starts to bleed. There is no blood in my urine, and as I said it's not painful to urinate or anything of the sort. Does anyone know what this is, or how to get rid of it? I recently had blood work done, so I know it's not STD related.
