Hi,
I am a normal and (as far as i know) healthy 20 year old male. Recently i have noticed small patches of flaky red skin around my groin. I applied moituriser on them a few days ago and it seamed to have an affect, but the condition is returning. I have had no sexualy activity for about 5 months now, so im confident it isnt an STD. but any help would be good.
