Small piece of skin stoppping Retraction at 17

Im 17 and i found out 2 weeks ago about pulling the forskin back to clean and for sex!I ahve started stretching and can get it half way already!However after gettin it this far thier is a thin piece of skin that prevents it going any further does anyone know what this is?Am i alone?Can the dr prescribe anything to help loosen the thin skin does anyone know?If it cannot be loosened would i need surgery?

Also roughly how long do males penis's grow for? I mean im considerably average size but just wondering if at 17 i may grow some more??After all who can argue with a couple of extra inches lol!

Umm, Is it that redish thing on the back of your penis that is stopping it?

Or is it just the skin getting stuck?

Its literally on the underside of my pennis!i think its something to do with glands i heard im not too sure though which is why i felt i should ask people on here. I cant think of an example really i suppose it looks a little bit like a leving if thats the right word.You know that stop you moving your toe's or fingers too far apart.

Please help people i want to get it sorted asap cheers
