Small pimple like bump on foreskin of penis

I have three small pimple like bumps on the foreskin of my penis, I am not circumsized and it is only on the part that is wrinkled and covers the head. It is not any where else and they do not itch or burn. I have no discharge either. It is not on the head of my penis nor the shaft. Just the foreskin. Also, after sex I get tiny cuts on my foreskin in the same area. They heal after sex but come back during sex. Is this a yeast infection?
