Small pimple size lump found between shoulder and neck

hello i have realized about 2 monthes ago that there was a samll lump the same colour of my skin between my neck and shoulder, its around the size of a pimple, there is no pain, and it is not rock hard. I am quite concerened what this may be, any help would be apreciated?

i have same problem, except I have alot of shoulder and neck pain.

I have the same - started with shoulder pain after returning to tennis. Pain concentrated at outer end of my shoulder where my arm comes up to meet it. After a while a lump formed between my neck and shoulder, like the one you desribe. Dr. keeps telling me to take high doses of Ibuprofen, which makes me feel awful after a few days but doesn't seem to help my shoulder. The exercises Dr. gave me don't help at all. This started in 2003. Very frustrating. I have started doing yoga at a local gym; wonder if this is going to help. Wish I could get back on the tennis court.
