Lately I have mild headaches and I think that they are maybe linked with smoking. I start smoking again after two years of pause. I haven’t ad headaches in that period. Is it possible that smoking is linked to headaches?
It is possible, that you headaches are linked to smoking because smoking can trigger headaches. According to studies, I’ve read here on web, nicotine constricts the blood vessels while inhaled carbon monoxide overly expands them, thus creating a condition which often triggers migraines and cluster headaches. Smoking also may disrupt the nutritional balance of the body.
