| I have been having problems with my fears for almost 6 months. In the beginning it was nothing more than a slight concern, but today it is almost next to panic, and it is all about some not important things. So, I have been taking some meds for a week now and so far so good, but you never know what might happen tomorrow. |

| I think that you should relax a bit and let the meds do their work. Still, I know that it is not easy dealing with anxieties, my girlfriend has been having the same problems and in some moments even I felt desperate for not being able to help her. But, eventually we managed to overcome the crisis. She went to therapies and that helped her a lot. |
