Soar Throat

Yes Ive been having problems with my throat its been having alot of pain when i swallow, I've been taking vitamin c pills for 3 days and gargling and drinking alot of fluids.

what should i do to get rid of it?
and what is causing this pain that is real painful.

It sounds like a classic Flu symptom. This shows that your immune system isn't well. Vitamin C is very good as stimulants for the immune system. However, sore throat could be a symptom for other diseases or disorders, but as I said it's classic flu symptom!

Also watch out not to drink cold fluids.
I heard that some people drink very cold water to cure soar throat. Anyway it sounds so crazy and I never tried it.
