Hi. My labor is approaching and I feel early signs of labor, including soft bowel movements. First, there was dropping. The next sign was a pelvic pressure. After my baby dropped, with her head settled into my pelvis, I have experienced a minor discomfort. I have started to urinate more frequently. Also, I feel these Soft Bowel Movements more frequently too. It just means your baby is putting additional pressure on your bladder and bowel. Lying on your left side might be helpful. It sure helped me.
