Hi, i was wondering if anyone else has this problem. My doctor sent me for scans and the result were that i have 'pouches' on my intestines. This causes me to 'soil my underpants' without even knowing about it. My smell sense is very poor and others know about this before i do. I seldom go out now as i am afraid of what can happen. I constantly have to check my underpants to see if they are clean. I am male 61
