Please help me understand what happen. I am a male. I have been doing enemas daily. Suddenly I noticed above and apart from my rectum a skin tissue that feels and looks like a vigana. It seems to be separated from the anus, but recently I felt hemoroids balloning at the rectum area when going on the toilet. What could it be? Do I need to trear it in any way? How?
