Sore Nipples and Difficulty breathing in.

I am a 25 year old female. I have recently been experiencing VERY tender and erect nipples (when i have never had this), not breasts, and diifculty taking in deep breaths...and while realxing it feels like someone is sitting on my chest. As well, although my period arrived on time, it wasn't my regular period (heavy-regular flow for 3 days) but was "normal" on day 1 and heavy-dark brown for the next two days. Could these be pregnancy symptoms?

As ridiculous as this sounds, could these symptoms be due to a too-tight sports bra and exercising too much ( I went from no exersizing to 2 hours/6 days a week)?

Any advice would be amazing!!!

I'm an old Chiropractor. Probably by now the symptoms are gone. I can't speak for the heavy flow. I can say that possibly you did so much exercise you pulled the spine out of line (forward in mid area between the shoulder blades) and massage plus some Chiropractic moves will help get the elephant off your chest. Generally 3 or 4 days of recovery time and gentle stretching will self correct the problem. Be gentle with the Yoga. Lots of people over do that and injure themselves. drbesthealth-dot-com
