Sore black spots on my vigina

On Thursday of this week I came down with the flu and strep throat. Friday night I went to the bathroom and when I wipe it hurt just a little bit, so I looked and I saw one little sore looking black spot. I thought I wipe to hard or something. Saturday night it got worse, its on the inside of the lip of my vigina and just on one side, I know this sounds stupid but I counted the spots and there are about six or seven of them. They're sore but not not painfully so. And I have had them for about four days. I really need help!
