Sore breasts , abdominal cramping and light bleeding .. pregnancy or just birth control sideffects ?

For the past few weeks my breasts have been very sore, so sore that somtimes when I go up the stairs I have to hold them and they even feel like they are turning hard inside, for about a week I had abdominal cramping and light bleeding. I started using birth control about a month ago but me and my boyfriend haven't used condoms or anything like that, but we have used the "pull-out method". So I was wondering, do you think I'm pregnant ?
