| I've had this pain in my left testical for 2 week now. It's tender to touch but their seems to be no swelling of such. Any ideas'? |

Was there any recent trauma to the testicle? Do you practice unsafe sex?
Have you spotted any lumps on the testicle? What is the pain like? Shooting, stabbing, occasional, constant, only by touching……it is really impossible to say anything if you don’t have any other symptoms present.
Was there a special occasion after the pain started or it happened unexpectedly?
It could be the presence of bacteria, which is usually the case of testicle pain. It could be accumulation of either fluids or sperm inside scrotum or on epididymis but there is usually a slight swelling or a lump on top of the testicle.
If it continues to bother you, you should have it checked by a doctor. |
