| Hello, I'm 22 and a mother ( yes i am married) . My nipples are killing me! im in so much pain, they are not dry so i dont know why they would be like this.. i was due for my period on friday its now monday, but have not got it. but since it ended the last time, i have been bleeding everyday. If i have sex i bleed after words, or if i get upset i bleed, or i just bleed, i can bleed a little bit, or i can fill up a tampon every day, it does not fail, has been like this for a month now.. does anyone have any ideas as to why? Thank you for any and all help i get!! |

Soreness in your nipples can mean many things. It can be an early sign of pregnancy or an early sign of your period. Since you stated that it is late this could be signaling either or.
Missing a period is not a guaranteed sign of pregnancy.
Bleeding is normal for women. The key factor is that you are not bleeding faster than your body can keep up with. (Making you Anemic)
Women that are on birth control tend to bleed more both on and off their period.
These two events may or may not be related. That is why you should follow up with your doctor for a more personalized diagnosis. |

I'm not on any kind of BC. I am going to make a doc's appt. but i just wanted to see if this is something that could wait a bit or if i should go to the ER for the bleeding, since this has never happened to me before.
As for the bleeding, im not bleeding faster then my body can keep up with, it just a little bit or enough to fill a tampon, its just weird because this has never happend to me before, and i do have 2 kids, but i never had any sign i was pregnant with them besides missing my period. i never got sick sore nothing. |

| I understand. It's difficult to provide advice over a forum most of the time I have to be a Psychic and go off of the history of previous patients. I do not believe it is something you need to get treated in the ER unless you start having increased pain or increased bleeding. |
