| I was examining myself two days ago and I wasn't sure if I felt something or not so I got a little paranoid and maybe went overboard on examining them. Now for the past two days they've been tender to the touch and I've been having a dull throbbing pain from them. I also noticed that my scrotum is perpetually tight, even when I'm in the shower it loosens somewhat but is still tighter than normal. Is this simply due to me aggravating my testicles due to erm...over zealous examination? |

When I was 18 I did a self examination as well, and the same thing happened to me. 10 years later, the sac is still very tight. Doesn't affect the sex life at all. But the penis when in the small state looks very short. And erections occur frequently, at both good and bad times. If I'm seated at my desk for too long erections happen if I want it or not (Now my solution to that when it happens is to put it up in the waist band of your pants). I don't have any remedies for the tight scrotum, but women don't really seem to mind. As a matter of fact, if I never bring up that I have a tight sac to women, they would never bring it up. So relax, everything still works down there, and my solution to the short penis size is to use weights, I've gotten results of an inch and a half. Now if anyone finds a remedy for the scrotum issue, I'd love to read about it.

I've got a better solution than to use weights to drag or try to lengthen the penis.
Lose weight.
The layer of body fat that lines the abdomen can hide up to an inch of the penis. By reducing the weight, you can reveal more of the root of the penis.
It's an appearance trick.
Try it!
As for pain after self examination, well, only you can tell if the pain is so great or if the scrotum is swelling. If this happens, I'd go get examined.
If it's not a problem, wait a few more days and see if the pain fades.
Also, I'd ask the doctor to show you how to do a proper self-exam and what you're looking for. |
