My testicule are sore(well not alot just a bit)
I got some abdominal pain and some lower back pain too and my stomach hurts now and then.

My balls only started to hurt like 3 days ago and I've been stuck like that for like 1 week and a day.
I went to the doctor they looked at me, made me do an abdominal echography and found nothing...

Sometime it hurts at random place, near my right ankle, or in my leg
Maybe its nothing and not related but eh.

Any idea what I have?
I'm kinda worried..

P.S. I'm 19 years old.
