Hi. I am a 20 year old guy, and every time my girlfriend performs oral sex on me, she gets sore throat. I got frightened, and went to the doctor (I thought I have some disease), but everything checked up ok. My girlfriend was diagnosed with strep throat. Have I caused this?

No. Oral sex itself can not cause strep throat, but it could be aggravating her infection. Best thing you can do is stay of the oral sex for a while.
