Hey, i need help I get sore after masturbating just once or having sex once like really sore, to extent where if i move my penis around tooo much i get sharp shooting pains! its very annoying and very frustrating, can it be sorted? and i don't believe its because i'm doing it too much cos i masturbate once or twice a week, after ejaculation its fine, but if i get aroused again soon after can be upto hours like good 12 hours, i can still have the pain.. help please.
