Soreness and cramps after masturbation

I am a 36 years old female who is experiencing soreness/cramp like in the lower abdominal area after masturbation. I am not sure but it feels like in my uterus. I usually use a towel, pillow or my hand when i masturbate and few times a dildo.

Also for few months now i am experiencing a brown discharge about 4-5 days before my period starts and last 1 or 2 days, then my period starts and last for about 7 days. Before it only lasted for 5 days. I have 2 kids and my last one was with c-section almost 4 years ago. I also had my tubes tied at that time. Should i be concern about the cramps after masturbation and the brown discharge few days before i start my period?

I've gotten this too, but I don't know what it is. I speculate that maybe if bacteria is forced up into the vagina during masturbation that the vagina attempts to clean itself out. I've also heard that masturbation can jump start menstrual cramps. It might just be the muscular stimulation causes cramps, though I don't know anything or sure. Though I always assumed that the brownish discharge before my periods was dried blood (like blood that dried before it got all the way out). Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
