Soreness in Testical Area

Im 16.

For the past 1-2 years, I've been feeling some soreness in my left testical or in that general area. Some times its in my right too, but i mostly feel it on my left. I cant pinpoint the exact location.
The pain comes and goes and is usually not there.
I havent really thought much of it and have been putting off the idea of seeing a doctor about such an embarressing condition.
Until 2 days ago (after a flu), I've been feeling the soreness a lot more frequently.
I've performed a check in the shower and i cant seem to find anything unusual.

Any ideas whats wrong with me?
