Soy Milk VS Pancritis

For some time now I have been drinking soy milk in my cereal and soy creamer in my coffee. In the past six months I have had severe cramps in my stomach. I am not young and long past menstral cramps. Recently I heard that Soy is not in any way good for you and causes kidney stones in addition to other problems.
My question: Is there any connection to Soy and the Pancreas?
