Hi, I suffer spasm in the penis sphincter, specially when I am urinating. Is this a common symptom? Could it be related to any disease?

Hi, some men are more susceptible to urinary disorders. But, even if you didn’t have much problems before you may have some acute dysfunction. Spasm of any muscle is indicating a deficiency in minerals like calcium, magnesium mostly. So, perhaps some supplementations of minerals may end your problem. Spasm can have origin in neurological disorder or transmission of nerve impulses. You didn’t mention if you are taking any medications, since some may interfere with urinary organs. If you keep having that problem and don’t find any connection with your behavior search medical advice.
