Each diet programs I have heard for seems to stay the same for years. I know that because I search a lot about losing weight. I guess you might easily assume I am overweight, and this is all I do to help myself. Actually it seems I do not dieting ever, just I search for better diet program all the time. Last think made me interested is Special K Diet, because I have heard there is old and new version, so can you tell me something about it.

The Special K Diet is nothing more than a marketing campaign by Kellogs Food Company. It is made in order to extol the healthful virtues of its fortified bran cereal. The diet works as follows you to eat two bowls of Special K cereal. You should also have and a regular dinner meal you used to have before. They claim you will lose up to 2-3 pounds per week, and this is a simple, decreased calorie diet. By following a regimen of decreased calorie consumption, any food specific diet will work, so there is nothing special in Special K Diet. Anyway, Special K is one of the healthier cereals out there and an excellent choice as a breakfast meal. Although, you should be focused on it in such a narrow manner is not sustainable in the long-term. I do not know what you mean with new and old way to diet with Special K Diet, but maybe you should ask someone who used it. I just believe principle is the same and that is cutting calorie intake, which is simple and says everything on itself.

the person that says special k is nothing more then to advertise there food just dont like to admit that some things actually work! actually i have done the Special K Diet before and it DID work! no one cares how it worked as long as it does!!! so just get u head out of ur ass and see that somthing actually works for one!

| nobody said it doesn't work....it works, but in the long run it might not be so good for you. knowing the risks, would you take illegal drugs simply because you want to feel good? its the same |
