Sperm Changes. Am i infertile ?!

I am 19 years old i started masturbating from age of 13 before 7 months i had like a kind of itch in my left testicle and the testicle got swollen and after that i feelt discomfort in my left testicle for more then 2 months the discomfortion dissapeared but during that time the quality of my sperm changed my sperm is not as it used to be white now its kinda transparet and thin and i dont feel the satisfaction during masturbation like before and i am worried that i have become infertile Sad

did anyone else had the same symptoms and visited doctor plz help me anyone what should i do what this could be....? Sad

and what i want to ask is does the change of the sperm means infertility ?!!?!?
