I'm a 14 year old boy and I have a question. I don't erect too often and don't masterbate. I also don't wank. But now i'm having problems. Sperm keeps trickling out of my Penis into my undies, without an erection. Does anyone know why?

It is just like a wet dream, without the sleep. It is just a build of semen, maybe every once in a while like, once every other day if you jerk it, it will stop.
