I am 24 years old and I have a inguinal hernia... I have a (approx. 2 cm) lump on my testicle... It is a rather hard lump on the bottom of my testicle... It isn't really painful if left alone but hurts to the touch... There is swelling in the scrotum. Can spermoceles develope on the bottom of the testicle??? What is the cost to have a spermocelectomy??? Would this proceedure be covered by most insurance companies??? Could this be associated with my hernia???
