Spermicide reaction or pregnancy?

This past monday I thought I forgot to take my birth control pill so when my fiance and I had sex we used spermicide. I actually had taken my pill after all but on wednesday I noticed some brown discharge. Now it's friday and I still have brown discharge..only when I wipe. I'm thinking its just a reaction to the spermicide but I took a pregnancy test last sunday (which was negative) because we had sex three weeks ago before my pills were completely effect (a day before to be exact and we used spermicide then too)....so I am wondering if my body is having a reaction to the spermicide or if I'm possibly pregnant. Should I take another pregnancy test???

Please help.

Hi. A reaction to a spermicide would probably cause redness or itchiness. It is possible that any missed pill could result in changes to your cycle. If you are worried and haven't got your period yet then take another test
