Please I need advice on what are non surgical options for spinal cord stenosis and are there some alternative therapies? Is acupuncture helpful? Please Advice!

Non surgical treatments are one or more of the following: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as aspirin, naproxen, ibuprofen or indomethacin, analgesics, corticosteroid injections, anesthetic injections, known as nerve blocks…. And from alternative therapies for spinal cord stenosis are chiropractic treatment and acupuncture. I a not sure how much is helpful but health care providers may suggest these therapies in addition to more conventional treatments.
