Spinning Head Feeling

Hello, I am 25 years old, female. Sometimes I have spinning feeling in my head. I don’t know what causes it. I thought that I was exhausted first time, but then next time happened in the morning when I was fresh. Why does this happen?

There are actually many reasons. Spinning Head Feeling should be considered as a symptom of a problem. I have same problem too. In my case it is sometimes low blood sugar and sometimes blood pressure. For instance, high blood pressure, caffeine, alcohol and nicotine can all cause a fleeting sense of dizziness when someone moves suddenly and it can be also a symptom of low blood flow to part of the brain. I fainted two times before I went to see a doctor. This requires medical attention, please check.
